Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to enhance their well-being. Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental wellbeing and reduce loneliness. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Requirements A genuine passion for helping others and enhancing their quality of life. Previous experience in a UK care assistant or similar role. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. A patient and compassionate demeanor, with a strong sense of empathy. Relevant certifications or training in caregiving or healthcare is a plus. Enhanced DBS clearance
