This is working a permanent day shift (8.00AM - 17.00PM) Monday to Friday, and the job comes with an attractive salary up to A£40,000 per annum (dependant on experience).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked within the Food Manufacturing or Food & Beverage sector who has experience either within New Product Development, Product Development, Senior Food Technologist or Food Technologist experience and has a passion for trying new ideas and being creative within a kitchen/chef type environment.

What You Will Do:

Lead new product development from concept to launch, focusing on natural ingredients and minimal processing. Experiment with nutrition, flavours, and food trends to create innovative and delicious menus. Prepare samples and conduct professional product panels for submissions and benchmarking. Monitor culinary and nutritional trends, applying them to new product development. Organize and prepare product samples for dispatch to customers, ensuring smooth delivery and documentation. Accurately record recipes and methods to maintain flavour consistency and quality.

What You Will Bring:

A passion for creativity and innovation in the culinary field. Proven experience in food product development, with a focus on natural and nutritious ingredients. Strong knowledge of current health trends and the ability to incorporate them into new products. Excellent organisational skills for sample preparation and dispatch. A commitment to staying updated on industry trends and applying them to culinary creations.

Location: This exciting opportunity is based in Newport, Shropshire. Due to the location of the site you MUST have your own transport.
