As a Registered Nurse with Trauma and Orthopaedic skills, you will provide effective patient care while working as a member of the nursing team across East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust, ensuring the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs. Recent clinical experience in an acute trust Delivery of evidence-based practice Demonstrate a patient-focused approach NMC pin Previous Band 5 experience within the specialty Evidence of facilitating learning in practice Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development Completion of preceptorship Clinical skills and experience
