About the Role: The home offers six flexible beds, with two integrated two-bedroom apartments and a main house with four beds. A small on-site school supports children's transition to mainstream education. You will lead a skilled team, including a Deputy Manager and administrative staff, to create a nurturing environment.

- Contribute to the strategic development of the service.
What You'll Bring: Proven experience managing an Ofsted Registered Children's Home. Strong leadership skills and resilience. A commitment to high standards and supporting children with complex needs.
Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards). Relevant social care or childcare qualification.
