Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team
provides specialist advice to small and mid-market businesses on a wide range of transactions including business acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, business valuations, and raising finance for expansion. With around 50 Corporate Finance professionals, and around 550 staff in total, Hazlewoods is one of the largest independent professional services firms in the South-West. In 2023, we worked on over 110 deals with a value of £670 million and we are proud to be ranked a Top 10 Experian adviser for the UK. Based within the Transaction Support team, you will work on assignments with a typical transaction value of up to £15 million. This is a highly analytical role which would suit someone with Corporate Finance experience or a newly qualified auditor wishing to make the move into Corporate Finance.
