Seeks experienced Finance Manager / Accountant.
Sole role to run its finance function on MRI Qube.
Working alongside the CEO and Property Manager, the role will include:
Run the day to day accounts on MRI Qube
Manage tenants accounts receivable, collection of any arrears
Service charge accounting and raise invoices for rent and insurance
Reconcile loan transactions, interest and intercompany transfers
Manage accounts payable with supplier reconciliations
Reconcile VAT for group companies and submit quarterly returns
Prepare quarterly reports for investors
Liaise with external accountants for year-end
This Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Client Accountant role requires an Accountant experienced in Property management, with MRI Qube knowledge.
Flexible working is available. Both full time and part time will be considered.
Location commutable from Hendon, Harrow, Wembley, Finchley, Watford, Edgware etc
