An exciting opportunity has become available for Registered Nurses to join our evolving vaccination service. We are an innovative team, who have a passion for improving the health of our whole population through partnership working across a variety of community settings such as, patient's own homes, community centres, GP practices, nurseries, schools, care homes, places of worship, out-patient departments and hospital wards. We are passionate about reaching into our communities as part of our health inequalities eradication, ensuring that everyone can access vaccinations and immunisations. As a Registrant within our service, you will work collaboratively throughout Primary Care and support the development of the service through leadership, clinical knowledge, fostering effective teamwork and valuing contributions of all colleagues and stakeholders including clinical supervision of our HCSW team. If you are a forward-thinking nurse who is passionate about supporting individuals of all ages, we'd like to hear from you.
