We specialise in Property and Private Client work and are located in one of the most sought-after locations in the north of England, on the Shambles in the heart of York. We are looking for a paralegal to join our exceptional commercial property team. Our preferred candidate will have:
Some real estate/land law knowledge acquired whilst doing a law degree or post graduate degree;
Some work experience in a law firm;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Good IT knowledge.
You will be assisting in a busy property department working closely with the team. You will gain very broad, hands-on experience whilst undertaking a variety of work and having direct client contact. Training will be given as required.
The post is office-based and full-time.
