Carry out inspections of all composite components and machined parts. Proactively engage with all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure that quality standards and customer requirements are met at all times. Flag all technical issues internally or externally to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner. Work closely with the QM for continued maintenance and internal integration of the Quality Management System ensuring ongoing compliance to ISO 9001. Assist with other duties such as dispatch, etc. Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Engineering Qualification. Very good understanding of all composites manufacturing procedures and processes. Previous experience within the Composite and/or machining industry. Experience and understanding of hand-based inspection techniques. NDT Ultrasonic experience. CMM programming and operational experience. Experience in programming with PC-DMIS. Polyworks/CAM Measure 10 experience is desirable. Experience with FARO arms or equivalent is desirable.
