Position:

Head of Product and Commercialisation

This new role will lead the strategic direction and manage the full Life Cycle of Product Development, Concept, and Commercialisation. As such, this role will be the key conduit across Breeding and Research, Sales and Business Development, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will sit in the Executive team with the goal of delivering better vegetable seed varieties that will add real value to health and nutrition around the world.

Qualifications:

A strong background in Product Development and Management evidencing success in taking products to market, preferably in the Horticultural/Agricultural sector, is a pre-requisite for this role. Given the role's pivotal nature, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to bring understanding to concepts that provide a clear picture and path for successful commercialisation of products based on proven demand. Success will be underpinned by a strategic mind and approach that understands the commercial imperative.
