Spiro, part of the GES collective, is on the lookout for an Associate Project Manager to join our vibrant Show team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our clients' events, overseeing everything from small, bespoke exhibition stands to large-scale, multi-project programs. You’ll not only coordinate and execute event planning, but also build and nurture key client relationships, driving growth and delivering exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

Build Impactful Relationships:

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to strengthen and expand client connections.

Own Every Detail:

Manage all aspects of event planning and coordination, working closely with show organisers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure flawless execution.

Lead Projects from Start to Finish:

Take full ownership of your projects— from the moment we win the contract to post-event wrap-up.

Bring Ideas to Life:

Partner with designers and Sales to deliver high-value solutions, always ensuring we’re on budget and aligned with client vision.

On-the-Ground Leadership:

Supervise on-site operations, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

Manage Resources & Logistics:

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and resource allocation to keep everything running smoothly.

Support Growth:

Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to enhance and grow Spiro Show activities and services, driving our success forward.

What You Need

A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in the events or exhibition sector.

A sharp business sense and exceptional communication skills—you're a natural at building strong, lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.
