Job Location: Bognor Regis Company: Wiley This position provides a wide range of support activities for the UK Distribution Client team. They will work across multiple functional areas and foster excellent relationships with key teams including, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Finance and A/R, Product Data Master (PDM) and Distribution Operations to execute a variety of tasks. Their focus will be on ensuring our clients receive high-quality service, are constantly informed of important updates to our operations and services, client billings are accurate, and all income and costs are categorized in the proper GL accounts, and contract compliance is continually monitored. The position will be able to review processes & re-engineer as appropriate. The position will be able to solve various day-to-day problems on their own after the appropriate training has been provided and experience reached. More complicated and impactful issues will be brought to management's attention for awareness or assistance in resolution. This role will need a professional customer-facing attitude and approach to engage with external clients on a regular basis at all levels. How will you make an impact

Provide coordination between groups to help solve escalated client issues. Act as a client SME in operational and systems development projects. Evaluate reports/data and engage with finance to support proper contractual billings. Evaluate reports/data to identify ad-hoc out-of-pocket costs and if appropriate pass through to clients. Monitor client contracts for significant milestones including term expirations and anniversaries, take appropriate actions including coordinating billing changes depending on the contract. Provide ad hoc data support to clients and operations team in support of client needs. Constantly evaluate processes and procedures that affect client service, recommend changes, and participate in process documentation and continuous improvement activities. Desired Skills:

Minimum of the following grades in Maths and English language. CSE - grade 1 GCSE - grades 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 or grades A*, A, B, C Experience in a customer service or operations environment. Good organisational skills. Analytical skills. Articulate report writing. Experience in using MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Able to work across processes and create productive networks with colleagues across all business functions that the role interacts with.
