The Position
As Guest Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience. You will be responsible for managing booking experiences and creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects the unique charm of our venues. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience Management: Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for guests from initial enquiry to confirmation Oversee the reservations system, guest comms and manage bookings efficiently to maximise capacity Personally engage with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests to enhance their experience Maintain and establish long lasting relationships with new and existing guests VIP Guest Relations: Manage
