The Successful Applicant
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:
A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of HR practices and legislation in the healthcare sector.
Experience in a similar HR role within the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record implementing employee relations practices
The ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
