Clinical Lead
Salary: £49,920 per annum (Equivalent to £24.00 per hour)
Location: Middlesex, London
Hours: 40 per week, mixed clinical & supernumerary

The Clinical Lead will support the manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home to ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
Clinical Lead Duties:
Support with recruitment, training, and absence reviews Lead, supervise, and develop a team of nurses and support staff Demonstrate clinical excellence, supporting residents to reach their potential Delegate tasks effectively and identify training needs for staff growth Clinical Lead Benefits:
