If you are an experienced leader in Health & Social Care with a passion for ensuring everyone gets the best possible quality of care at end of life, we want to hear from you! Apply today to help share the future of palliative and end of life care in Wales! Main duties of the job

Marie Curie is the UK's leading end-of-life charity. We are the largest non-NHS provider of end-of-life care in the UK, the only provider across all 4 nations, delivering community nursing and hospice care across the country, while providing information and support on all aspects of dying, death, and bereavement. Our leading research pushes the boundaries of what we know about good end-of-life care, and our campaigns fight for a world where everyone gets to have the best possible quality of life while living with an illness they're likely to die from. The care and support we provide is highly valued by the people we care for and their loved ones, but at present we are only reaching around 10% of dying people at the end of life. Right now, one in four people in the UK with a terminal illness do not get the care or support they deserve at the end of their lives. About us

Every day of your life matters - from the first to the last. When you work for Marie Curie, you understand that better than ever. We're a passionate, committed, and diverse team of more than 4,400 staff and 12,000 volunteers, here for people living with any terminal illness, and their families. We offer expert care, guidance, and support to help them get the most from the time they have left. Everyone knows our daffodil, but it's our warmth, creativity, and care that touch lives. Here, we take the time to really get to know the people we care for and those who love them. And we do whatever it takes to give them the final days and hours they deserve. Job responsibilities
