You will be working with the Marketing Team, where you will be responsible for the planning, creation and delivery of the content pipeline - a key component to the company's overall marketing strategy. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the role will have a broad remit that covers the company's business services on offer, along with the responsibility for developing content that meets the needs of the core audience across web, social and print collateral. The position holder will have responsibility for maintaining the company's social media presence, as well as ensuring the website is updated with new blog, news and video content on a regular and consistent basis. Overview of Key Duties

Develop, implement and evaluate the content and plans aiming at the target audience. Work with your technical colleagues to develop a consistent content pipeline of blogs and news articles as well as the wider commercial team to ensure the correct presentation of client facing collateral including tender documentation. Film and edit the company's video and podcast assets (client videos, video case studies, promotional snippets etc.). Ensure content is of a high standard and aligns with the business objectives. Work closely with business unit leads to ensure the brand and company is positioned as thought leaders in areas of key strategic focus (e.g. sustainability, information security). Monitor and report on content performance. Oversee the development of rich media content such as video and infographics. Manage social media content, ensuring regular posts are published and continuing to build our library of assets for use throughout our web and social estate. Review all content to ensure it is optimized for SEO. Work with the team on marketing campaigns and plan, implement and deliver promotional and digital marketing campaigns aligned with the commercial strategy and campaign plans. Keep up to date with best practice and developments in the world of social media, digital marketing (SEO & PPC) and content marketing. Website updates. Liaise with external suppliers such as graphic designers and digital agencies as well as clients to develop case studies so great communication skills needed. Communicate updates on content development and performance to the Commercial Department. Create, organize, publish and attend all marketing activities in line with marketing plans including copywriting, PR, promotions, webinars, conferences and communication. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results. Manage and enforce the marketing team’s administrative systems on an ongoing basis (Publications library, photo bank, electronic files, design archive etc). What's Required?

Essential: A related degree. Experience of video editing tools and creating seamless content. Copywriting skills. Experience of developing content marketing campaigns that align with and deliver against business objectives. Proven experience in developing content in various formats, from long-form blogs, through to email and social media. A good understanding of SEO and PPC best practice. A proven organizer with the ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines. B2B marketing experience in the services sector ideally. Exposure and understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop. Experience in analyzing and reporting on content performance using platforms like Google Analytics. MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook), Website CMS such as Kentico, Salesforce, Dropbox etc as well as creative tools such as Canva. An excellent communicator. Ideally a full UK driving license as some travel across the UK may be required. This truly is a great opportunity to further your Digital marketing career and it starts in the new year.
