ST 01RS Salary Amount: Up to £24.44 per hour, depending on experience. 48 hours per week, 42 hours on the floor and 6 hours supernumerary. You’ll help us make health happen by: Promoting our residents’ independence, choice, and dignity by ensuring that the team provides the highest standards of care at all times. Assessing each resident’s wellbeing, making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, while maintaining accurate records. Delivering clinical guidance to your team, leading by example, motivating, and mentoring the team for the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home. Building lasting relationships with the residents and their families, fostering a sense of community. Liaising with local partners to raise the care home’s profile in the local area and beyond. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct. A passion for caring for the elderly and helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity. An effective communicator able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families. A leader ready to use their clinical experience to motivate and mentor a team, promoting excellent customer service. A respectful and compassionate team player committed to giving your personal best.
