As a Director – Sales, you will be responsible for the leadership, management and profitability of an assigned Multi-Tenant Data Centre and hyperscale/cloud customers and strategic channel partners to increase sales and margin of the Company's products and/or services. You will be accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals through direction, organization, coordination, communication and development of WDCS sales. A “wide” degree of creativity and latitude is required. The Director - Sales will engage with all levels of the customer’s organization including technical, operations, supply chain and executive management. This position may develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and/or product demonstrations. Responsibilities: Sell a diverse range of Wesco Anixter’s Data Center solutions and services, including structured cabling, physical security, electrical solutions, high-density liquid cooling, networking, IoT, and Pro-AV, across a defined territory. Position Wesco Anixter’s services for design, end-to-end project deployment, product enhancement, and rack & roll. Build partnerships across Wesco-Anixter’s Business Units and work internally as part of a fast-paced sales team. Develop business partner relations with Wesco-Anixter’s strategic vendors/alliance partners to enhance value-add sales and project identification. Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any post-sale issues. Utilize sales management tools for sales planning, supplier planning, and documenting opportunities. Understands competitive landscape and market insights; communicates effectively with key stakeholders. Develops and administers sales plans to ensure customer satisfaction, quota attainment, and a skilled, motivated staff. Achieves annual sales and profit goals by implementing strategies and analyzing trends with the regional and business unit management team. Forecasts sales volume and profit for existing and new products and customers. Establishes and expands national, regional, and local supplier relationships. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying current with market trends and competitors. Maintains professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional societies. Forecasts and communicates details to senior management. Qualifications: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree - Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred 7+ years of related industry professional sales 5+ years of experience leading and managing staff and programs at national, district or regional level Working knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources Demonstrated ability to analyze, initiate and implement sales strategies to achieve forecasted goals Understands competitive landscape, market insights and effectively communicates across key internal and external stakeholders Proven success in for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills Ability to exercise teamwork, leadership, and flexibility Excellent time management and computer skills Ability to travel 25% - 50% Working Environment:

Outside Sales – Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. Driving may be required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts.Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
