Job Description: 8+ years of expertise in SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration & Payroll Accounting). Hands-on experience in SAP Customization (Wage types, Schema, Rules) and ABAP Workbench development. Proven background in cloud environments (preferably MS Azure) and agile SDLC. Familiarity with modern programming, DevOps, SQL/noSQL databases, and test-driven development. Integration experience of SAP HCM with Azure Databricks is a must. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with strong communication skills in English (technical writing and presentations).
