M&A Project Delivery Director , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance team, leading a talented team of Project Managers to deliver and integrate corporate acquisitions seamlessly. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead complex acquisition projects, manage stakeholders across diverse functions, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a M&A projects team of two Project Managers. Project Planning & Execution : Create detailed project plans for acquisitions, assigning priorities, owners, and deadlines. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with M&A, HR, Operations, Finance, IT, Governance, and Regional teams to drive acquisition and integration success. Project Governance : Lead internal and vendor project calls, maintain risk registers, and oversee critical documents like integration plans and contracts. Data Management : Oversee control of data rooms, ensuring all documents are reviewed, allocated, and tracked. Completion Oversight : Ensure all acquisition activities are signed off pre-completion and facilitate clear handovers for post-acquisition tasks. About You We’re looking for a results-driven professional with: Proven experience in M&A or corporate acquisitions. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
