Job Description:
Installs, tests, and maintains computer-related hardware (processors, memory chips, circuit boards, displays, sensors, data storage devices, printers, etc.) according to given specifications.
Diagnoses hardware related faults.
Advises on and installs operating software/firmware and may carry out upgrades.
Regularly tests and verifies backup and recovery processes.
Assists in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures and policies.
Monitors security alerts and responds to incidents promptly.
Provides technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
Offers guidance and training to end-users as needed.
Maintains accurate records of IT configurations and procedures.
