As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for the following: Filing at regular intervals Distributing post and actioning workflow requirements in our case management Supporting the case handler with administrative tasks and actioning work as delegated by the team supervisor Providing telephone support and dealing with client enquiries in the case handler's absence Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards, inputting data and preparing initial letters and documents Closing files Your Skills and Experience
