Lawyer
to join our talented Dispute Resolution team.
The role Our Dispute Resolution team act on behalf of private clients, private sector businesses, and public sector organisations across a wide range of litigation matters including Commercial, Property, Probate, Family and Employment.
The successful candidate will work within our excellent team of litigators, dealing with a variety of property litigation instructions including Housing Disrepair work. This is an exciting opportunity working with some of the firm’s largest clients, whilst developing your own caseload and client base.
Examples of the responsibilities for the role include:
working within the wider property litigation and Dispute Resolution teams to manage your own caseload, whilst supporting colleagues as necessary
dealing with a variety of property litigation cases including housing disrepair, commercial, residential and agricultural property disputes
conducting your own advocacy where required
providing exceptional client care
contributing to business development initiatives
Who we are looking for The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer (solicitor or legal executive) with 2 – 8 years PQE. You will have experience in property litigation, with experience in handling housing disrepair claims being beneficial but not essential.
