We're working with an award-winning, top 60 UK law firm that are looking for a Senior Debt Recovery Paralegal to support a junior member of the team whilst managing a caseload. This role is the perfect opportunity for a Paralegal with Debt Recovery experience to take the next step into a senior position.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise the day-to-day work of the team and ensure smooth operations.
Deputise for the Senior Debt Recovery Manager when required.
Manage file aspects and perform routine legal tasks, including file opening and billing.
Draft legal documents using established precedents and templates.
Conduct legal research with appropriate methods, presenting results accurately and promptly.
Provide legal support to senior lawyers and act as a resource for assistance as needed.
Participate actively in the Paralegal and Trainee group, including networking events and career fairs.
Promote the firm via social media channels and ensure compliance with risk management policies and GDPR.

Up to £35,000 DOE
