Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking for a new challenge? I have an amazing opportunity to join a leading digital marketing agency to lead and develop a growing team as well as enhance the bid process.
As the Bid Manager, you will work closely with subject matter experts across the agency to secure exciting new business opportunities. You will be responsible for overseeing the bid process, from opportunity identification to submission and feedback analysis. This includes managing bid timelines and ensuring all milestones are met with high-quality outputs, as well as creating tailored, persuasive, and compelling proposals.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3-5 years of proven experience in bid management, ideally (but not essential) within a digital marketing or related industry. You should possess strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling.
