What we can offer you: 25 days of annual leave Access to our people's pension scheme Free physiotherapy service Discounts on everything from groceries to well-known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing: Handle administrative tasks and record-keeping Manage work orders and compliance through CAFM system Support Service Leads in administering employees' leave, expenses, overtime, and uniform Communicate with clients and manage visitor notifications Oversee financial transactions and purchasing Manage and update the site notice boards Maintain office facilities and support subcontractor management Create innovative & environmentally friendly alternatives to replacement plant and equipment e.g. waste reduction & eco-friendly materials, reducing energy consumption, noise pollution etc. What we're looking for: Previous experience of working in a similar role which included customer service, client facing, IT literate (essential) Working knowledge of CAFM system - FSI Concept (desirable) Good knowledge and experience of working with Google suite of applications (desirable) Possess a high degree of attention to detail Approachable and able to adjust communication according to the target audience Sustain performance under pressure What's next?
