To identify and promote best practice medicines use across the Planned and Surgical directorate. To participate in consultant/specialist ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings. To produce prescribing guidelines and care pathways for patients across the Planned & Surgical directorate. To undertake risk management, including investigating clinical incidents in surgical services and ensure compliance with medicine legislation.
