From £45,000 Are you a confident and experienced Registered Manager with a passion for providing therapeutic care to young people? We are seeking a dedicated leaders to manage stunning residential homes across the Midlands. If you have a minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role within children's residential care, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a small residential home, ensuring the highest quality of care. Inspire and motivate your team, leading from the front. Advocate for the children's needs, wishes, and feelings. Manage your own workload and prioritise the needs of the home. Take a proactive approach to improve outcomes for children and teams. Adapt to changes and find the best way forward. Support your team and be on hand in times of need. Work as part of our on-call system for homes in the region. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role within children's residential care. History of achieving good or outstanding in previous Ofsted inspections Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or working towards. Excellent communication and written skills.
