The Opportunity We're looking for a fantastic Front of House Supervisor to join us and play an important part in the delivery of best-in-class service to our internal and external clients. This role is suitable for someone passionate about pursuing a career within the Administration field. Reporting to the Head of Facilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the reception services and client experience areas including reception, social hub, and meeting rooms. This role will be based 100% in office. How you'd spend your day Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Front of House Supervisor will be diverse: Supporting the team to manage effectively the office, client-facing areas and operations, whilst completing finance and administrative tasks. Encouraging the team's morale and performance, delegating effectively to hospitality and cleaning staff and ensuring they are allowed to progress in their roles. Being a key contact point responsible for security, maintenance, and health & safety. Monitoring the equipment, meeting rooms, and communal areas while maintaining the highest standards of personal hygiene and conduct. Taking appropriate action in the event of an accident and undertaking training when necessary to comply with legislation regarding H&S and Fire Safety. Playing a key part in developing and maintaining the Iris culture with colleagues and visitors. Ensuring full compliance with Iris policies and procedures and fostering a professional environment for all. Contributing to answering clients and staff needs by constantly going above and beyond whilst aiding and networking. What we're looking for We’re looking for someone with: Experience as a Front of House/Reception/Customer Facing/Sales experience in the media and advertising, hospitality or retail industries. Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills. Excellent telephone manner. Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Enviable customer service skills. Very well organised & excellent timekeeping. Professional integrity, trustworthy.
