Location: Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. Permanent, full time

THE ROLE: To lead and manage a large team within a 7 bedded residential setting for adults with a learning disability and autism To be part of a professional and person centred organisation who strive to provide the highest quality of care for the individuals being supported Ensuring all staff are provided with their training and development plans, staff management, rotas, support planning To lead and motivate the team to ensure they provide the best possible outcomes for the people being supported in a person centred way Attend, chair meetings, liaising with other professionals and agencies Adhere to internal policies and procedures and work within CQC legislation and frameworks demonstrating key knowledge around frameworks and CQC principles. ABOUT YOU: A strong leader with experience of managing services for people with learning disability, autism, mental health, challenging behaviours. Proactive, self-motivated and with a can-do and positive approach to your daily work Honesty and integrity, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively to achieve positive outcomes To be flexible in your working approach with some travel to other sites if required.
