We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Residential Care Worker. Working with a strong team, you will help to make a difference in the lives of the young people in our care. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will be required to: Support the care team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people. Undertake direct work with young people as appropriate and work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people. Offer supervision and support to carers in line with quality standards & regulations, and as directed by the Registered Manager. Promote our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) approach and engage/lead weekly MDT meetings with Clinical and Education services on site. Assist the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose, and uphold the organisation's mission statement and values. Experience & Qualifications Level 3/4 in Residential Child Care.

(Required not Early years, Adults or Social Care) Minimum of 1 year relevant supervisory experience.

(Required) Minimum of 1 year experience in a residential setting with young people with challenging behaviour.

(Required) Hold a valid Driving licence.

(Required) Minimum age requirement of 21 years.

(Required) Level 5 in Residential Child Care. (Desired) DBS on Update System.
