Full time Nanny in Newlyn, Cornwall Wanted!
Job Requirements/Description: We are first-time parents to a wonderful little boy, turning 2 in March, with another one on the way in late February; living by the sea near Penzance. Dad returned to work in February/March (2024) when our boy turned 1 and will be off on paternity leave for another year once baby #2 arrives. Mum is taking a career break for another year or so.
Since we don’t have family nearby, we are looking for a nanny or sitter that can come to our house during the day to help us, especially once the baby arrives. Someone that can be around for playtime and share light cooking and cleaning with us would be ideal. We are thinking twice a week to begin with.
As a family, we enjoy going for walks, meeting friends at local playgroups, visiting galleries and museums, reading, and travel. There is potential for more hours including some evenings (3-6 evenings a month) which can be negotiated. We also have the ability to provide accommodation as we have a ground-floor self-contained flat.
