However, the business is now looking to expand internationally and is seeking a talented recruiter to help do this. What You'll Do
Lead Executive Searches : Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for
C-suite and senior leadership roles , including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, VPs, and other key executives. Client Engagement : Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing : Use your extensive network, market knowledge, and research capabilities to identify and attract top-tier talent within the Engineering, FMCG and food & beverage industries. Business Development : Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new client opportunities and expanding the company’s reach both within the UK and internationally. International Expansion : Be a key player in the
