Eurofins’ corporate development team leads the execution of the company’s strategic business and financial goals through merger and acquisition activity across all business lines. Our inorganic growth is a key component of Eurofins’ overall strategy. The company has historically completed several dozen transactions annually on a global basis. The Analyst will manage a complete pipeline of M&A targets within the environmental landscape in the United States. This is a highly visible role in the organization with direct exposure to, and interaction with, business and corporate leadership. Responsibilities:

Maintenance of the log files and generating quarterly reports of activity Assist in the general outreach to businesses to drive M&A interest Coordinate the meeting and site visits Assist on kicking off due diligence and execution of deals Assist in budget prep (both on the business and M&A sides) Ad-hoc projects as needed by both the business and M&A EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance MBA or CPA Preferred Outstanding technical / conceptual understanding of finance & valuations Minimum 1-2 years of Finance/Accounting in Audit (big 4) / Consulting, M&A (industry or boutique), Investment Banking or Private Equity Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, good strategic thinking and business acumen High energy level, drive and a passion to succeed; eager to learn and to grow Strong interpersonal skills, including listening and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent interpersonal, communication & team leadership skills Self-starter, ownership and natural leadership & drive to get things done Pragmatic and "roll up sleeves" mentality, can do attitude, result driven, strong work ethics Courage and self-confidence to take initiatives; autonomy Ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds Thinking big picture, yet understanding details Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in significant matters Comfortable to work in a very dynamic, fast growing environment and entrepreneurial, de-centralized organizations Perform comprehensive peer reviews of team member transactions and support, in relation to the workload, similar activities in other lines of business / countries Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work during nights and/or weekends as necessary
