ROLE Advising on a variety of employment law matters, offering strategic guidance to clients across sectors. Representing clients in tribunal disputes, where every case is unique and high-stakes. Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements to create win-win solutions. Providing essential corporate support on exciting mergers, acquisitions and business restructures. Building strong relationships with a national client base including cutting-edge financial firms, consultancies and corporates. Leading the charge on workplace policies, with a particular focus on sexual harassment prevention products, making a meaningful impact on workplace cultures. Working closely with experienced partners, a legal director and a talented trainee, gaining insight from some of the best in the business. REQUIREMENTS A confident employment lawyer with 3-5 years PQE and a passion for navigating complex employment issues. Skilled in advisory work, tribunal advocacy and corporate support, with a knack for strategic problem-solving. Experienced in managing relationships with high-profile clients across various sectors, from finance to professional services. A proactive and creative thinker, ready to contribute to innovative policy development and product initiatives. A strong communicator with a client-centric mindset, able to work collaboratively with teams and clients alike.
