To be a Graduate Business Consultant, you will need: A relevant degree in business management / finance / information technology OR work experience within a business environment and preferably within manufacturing and distribution. To be able to communicate clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in written formats. Have a desire for constant learning and self-development. Able to work effectively within a team environment. Have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Able to build and maintain strong professional relationships. An analytical thinker and able to identify problems and solve issues. Strong critical thinking and evaluation skills. The journey to become a Graduate Business Consultant: You will embark by completing a 12-week intensive classroom style training course to give you a fundamental understanding of the product and knowledge to help you progress within the business. You will be trained in how to identify business needs and issues by creating or developing new systems, improving processes and strategy planning. You will be required to pass the relevant professional qualification as you progress. Once you have completed your initial Graduate Business Consultant training, you will then move into Consulting, Customer Success, Product Implementation, Project Management or Support. Throughout your career, you will have ongoing support, training, and a work mentor/buddy for help and advice. What’s on offer: Excellent starting salary of £26,000, which is reviewed annually. 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays (plus an additional 2 days per year if you are not off sick).
