Afternoon Shift Controller
to join our team. In this role, you will lead the evening operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily in-depth safety walks across the site, identifying and addressing any non-compliance issues. Oversee visual management to ensure adherence to work instructions and operational standards. Perform audits of work instructions and review risk assessments for compliance. Lead or cover incident management to ensure timely and effective resolution. Ensure compliance with waste management protocols and sustainability goals. Deliver clear and consistent communication to the team, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations. Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
