35 hours per week The job role As Senior Service Charge Accountant, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's leading property manager, as recognised by our colleagues, customers and partners: Delivering accurate financial statements and records to our customers Ensuring timely and accurate Estate Finances Supporting operations in communicating and understanding service charge This role reports to the Service Charge Accounting Team Leader and has no direct reports. About You You are an experienced finance professional with a background in commercial business partnering and want to develop in a growing organisation. Your ideal role is one where you can utilise your accounting knowledge and your high attention to detail. You will use your strong communication skills to see and challenge information, ensuring a smooth accounting process for the wider team. As a passionate accountant, you want to motivate and share your technical knowledge through positive mentoring. Communication comes naturally to you and you can clearly explain finances across a wide range of people and operations. Who are we?
