Job description:
Support RAM (Retail Account Manager) with day-to-day digital retail operations.
Assist RAM with retailer enquiries.
Monitor operations across our R&C locations.
Review and raise new User Experience website improvements to digital stakeholders.
Support RAM with brand onboarding programme.
Monitor ecommerce orders and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure SLA order levels and maintain 99% order fulfilment rate.
Coordinate digital retail reporting to wide stakeholders (weekly/monthly/YTD).
