As part of the Chief Nurse and AHP Officer's leadership team, you will be responsible for: Working with the Director of Nursing supporting the delivery of CQC Quality standards across all Sirona services and all matters relating to quality, experience and safety. Leading on the development of care pathways optimising opportunities for patients and service users to continue to live well with complex conditions with maximum independence in our community. Working in partnership with the Director of Nursing, ensuring effective AHP/clinical input into the development of Sirona's strategy, policies, and business plans. Leading the development and delivery of agreed organisational priorities for the AHP workforce. Being proactive, delivery focused, and able to identify AHP workforce transformative potential, supporting innovation and new ways of working to meet current and future needs of our patients. Providing a mixture of strategic thinking and operational leadership to the AHP services and wider organisation, being able to convert concepts into plans and communicate these effectively to a wide range of audiences. Liberating the potential and demonstrating the value of AHPs as a key priority. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that has a highly specialist set of leadership abilities and skills, with experience of working at a senior level with strategic partners from across health, social care and education systems. Qualifications
Registered Allied Health Professional (HCPC) Educated to Master's level or equivalent Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to post Knowledge and Experience
Ability to manage complex clinical and operational situations that involve staff from all levels with a range of professional and organisational boundaries. Detailed knowledge of current professional issues, both in education and practice. Demonstrable track record of achievement at a senior AHP role in a healthcare setting. Recognise and understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in delivering our role in the health and care system. Significant experience at a senior level in delivery Quality, CQC standards and development of care pathways. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
