About the role We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate a passion for problem-solving and analytical skills, with an interest in the workplaces of the future. Required skill set and experience: Well-rounded set of

consulting skills (Consulting experience 1-2 years)

including business analysis, stakeholder management, written/verbal communications. Self-starter who can take responsibility for personal activities and deliverables. Experience

working independently and as part of a team , analysing problems and identifying potential opportunities for improvement. Competence in

collecting and analysing customer data

to produce insights and reports. Report writing

and

presentation skills

– ability to summarise the key findings and recommendations. Preparing and supporting

workshops

to play-back findings and explore solutions to specific issues. Desired skill set and experience: User-driven requirements gathering and documenting which may include: Personas, Use Cases, User Journeys. Insight of modern workplace technologies and willingness to continuously learn new technologies. This role is UK based and requires UK domestic and international travel, as the business and customer need arises.
