We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to drive Scaler’s global growth through smart, strategic collaborations. In this role, you’ll take the lead on building partnerships that create real value for our customers and help us make a lasting impact. You’ll be hands-on in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and working with teams across the company to deliver results. It’s a fast-paced role where you’ll combine strategy, problem-solving, and data insights to create partnerships that boost performance and drive sustainability. Responsibilities Define and execute Scaler’s global partnerships strategy, focusing on growth opportunities and meaningful impact.

Identify and prioritize high-value partners globally, creating partnerships that benefit Scaler, and our customers.

Cultivate strong relationships with potential partners and internal teams to align on big-picture goals.

Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate partnership opportunities, identify risks, and guide decision-making.

Work with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate partner solutions seamlessly into our platform.

Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience making partnerships that prioritize shared goals like resource sharing, technological integration, or joint ventures to create sustainable competitive advantages

Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset.

Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong ability to analyze data and insights to inform strategic decisions and develop partner strategies that support customer success.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as investment, business or economics.

Familiarity with ESG and/or Real Estate sectors is a plus.
