When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month. To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB). Join the EVolution: In this position, you’ll be joining the technology department. Your main responsibilities will include: Developing service blueprints, journey maps, and user personas to guide design decisions Championing service design best practices and a user-centred design approach across PodPoint Ideating, prototyping, and iterating new service concepts and solutions Conducting user research to uncover insights, behaviours, and needs Organising and facilitating workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders and users Working closely within cross-functional teams to align services with user needs and business objectives Assessing service performance and recommending enhancements Playing a pivotal role in shaping the service design competence at PodPoint, influencing how service design methodologies are adopted and practiced Electrify us with your skills: To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring experience in a similar role within Service Design.
