So you must have a passion for marketing and also an interest in different strategies on how we as a business can help to market our wonderful clients to their target audience to get RESULTS! Job Responsibilities: Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customer account management matters Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments for our clients Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution Utilise a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis Proactively maintain Asana projects Clearly communicate the progress of ongoing retainer clients via monthly reporting and meetings Manage client budgets and allocate resources among projects wisely Oversee and approve marketing materials from brief through to publish/print Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust client marketing campaigns accordingly Seek new opportunities to develop new business and represent the business via networking etc. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Partner with key industry players and suppliers Build and maintain strong, long-lasting strategic client relationships Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement - negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits Communicate, direct and brief team members to successfully utilise their skills and competencies to fulfil client marketing requirements Provide guidance and feedback to other team members Responsible for managing Marketing Assistant Manager to assist with client campaigns Work collaboratively with the Director on strategic tasks and opportunities - to be kept abreast of methods and outcomes of working at Director Level Requirements and skills: Demonstrable experience in marketing, together with the potential and attitude required to learn Excellent leadership and organizing skills Analytical and creative thinking Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail Customer-oriented approach with aptitude Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation Solid experience with CRM software Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field Salary & Benefits £40,000 per annum Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:00 Based at Canterbury Innovation Centre Fridays 08:30-17:00 - work from home 28 days holiday inclusive of 8 bank holiday dates We pay for your CIM Membership Time for allowed for CPD Living Wage Employer Future Promotion opportunities: 7 years + experience: Senior Marketing Manager DOE: Marketing Director Job Types:
