Finance Director , you’ll oversee financial performance, strategy, and planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership and the board. Develop and execute financial strategies for growth and sustainability. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Identify opportunities for revenue and profit improvement. Manage cash flow, audit processes, and compliance with regulations. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes. About you: Proven experience in multi-site people-based businesses such as Retail, Hospitality or Construction beneficial. Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams. Strategic financial planning expertise. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
