Hybrid (Minimum 3 days on-site; flexibility required for global collaboration) About the Role We are seeking a Creative Specialist to join a leading global manufacturing company. This role is integral to supporting training and development projects, focusing on enhancing materials through innovative and engaging multimedia solutions. As part of a global team, you will collaborate across multiple business units to develop high-quality, impactful visual content that resonates with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Design, edit, and produce visually compelling training materials, including graphics, videos, and audio elements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice and strategic objectives. Translate complex training concepts into engaging multimedia content for diverse global audiences. Actively contribute to the collection and implementation of customer needs and provide creative solutions. Support cross-functional teams with their training video projects to elevate learning experiences. Essential Skills Proven track record of working on similar creative projects within large, global organizations. Strong expertise in multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and audio-visual development. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for creative production. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Communication). Preferred Attributes Have worked with organizations of similar scale and complexity. Strong understanding of global collaboration and cultural sensitivities. Ability to operate autonomously and deliver results while working across multiple time zones.
