What You Will Do:
Assist the Lead Breeder Accountant in providing financial control and support. Work closely with the Breeder Area Managers and Central Finance team to maintain high levels of financial governance. Be responsible for the site's weekly and monthly reporting, including Profit & Loss, Bridge to Budget, commentary, and KPIs. Ensure strict financial controls throughout the site, complying with accounting standards. Provide regular expenditure analysis versus budget to Area Manager and Budget Holders. Assist with the budgeting process and formal reforecasts as required, alongside ad-hoc reporting and holiday cover.
What You Will Bring:
ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification with 3-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably within an FMCG environment. Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of financial analysis, cost management, and value creation. Excellent commercial awareness and experience in supporting a team to achieve its objectives. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. The ability to build strong and effective working relationships across all key functions of the organisation.
