About The Role Vetting Advisor Are you confident when communicating to customers? Do you make sure that things get done right first time? We have an exciting opportunity for a Vetting Advisor to join our team in Lakeside, Portsmouth. Our Vetting team are renowned for setting the high standards which demonstrate Checkatrade values and support the onboarding of quality trades to our platform. Your role will be to provide excellent customer service and efficient administration of new member applications. You’ll work as part of our friendly vetting team and carry out a number of different checks from credit checks to qualifications, complete varied admin tasks, chase up paperwork, carry out vetting calls and much more. You’ll ensure trades and services know that we are a consumer information service and that we have to remain unbiased. You’ll be focused on high-level customer service at all times and undertake calls (incoming and outgoing) to facilitate the new member onboarding and successful completion of vetting processes. You’ll also speak to members via Email and Live chat and ensure accurate timely case-notes are captured and recorded. You’ll be a service superstar with sound admin skills. Previous experience essential. You’ll be diligent and process-driven keeping all parties informed along the way. A team player, confident in your IT abilities, used to working to KPI’s and deadlines.
