Days Team Leader Lifestyles: We are a growing Care Home provider who deliver high quality, kind and compassionate care. If you are an experienced Team Leader with a fun, outgoing approach, then we would love to hear from you! What you will be doing: Planning and delivering meaningful activities whilst being aware of the residents' interests as well as their physical and cognitive abilities. Encourage active participation in activities. Coordinate tasks within the Activities Team. Ensure there is variety in the programme of daily events. Working closely with care staff and family members in getting to know the residents, their interests, their experience and life stories. Share the best practice and encourage all staff members to take active interest in providing activities for our residents. What you need to succeed: Creative with a range of practical skills like arts & crafts. Able to motivate and engage with people.
